Partendo dalla maio già pronta ma ancora nella bacinella dov’è stata appena minipimerizzata, aggiungere un cucchiaio di ketchup, un cucchiaio di brandy o cognac, un po’ di panna (due cucchiai) e mezzo cucchiaio di salsa Worcester.<br />

Immergi le patate con la buccia in acqua fredda e falle bollire per circa 20 minuti a seconda della grandezza. Senti con un bacchettino la consistenza (quando le infilzi con facilità son pronte).<br />
Spelale, tagliale.<br />
Condisci con olio, sale, aceto e prezzemolo tritato.</p>

Fai soffriggere le cipolle dolcemente con poco sale, olio, senza farle diventare marroncine. Scottale appena.<br />
Prepara un ‘impasto con le uova, il formaggio grattato, la ricotta e due pizzichi di sale.<br />
Aggiungi le patate e le cipolle.<br />
Disponi la pasta sfoglia con un po’ di carta da forno nella teglia.<br />
Versaci sopra l’impasto e stendilo fino ai bordi.<br />
Ripiega il bordo della pasta sfoglia in modo da creare una cornice alla torta.<br />
Inforna per circa 20 minuti.</p>

Aggiungi all’impasto il gorgonzola.<br />
Disponi la pasta sfoglia con un po’ di carta da forno nella teglia.<br />
Versaci sopra l’impasto e stendilo fino ai bordi.<br />
Ripiega il bordo della pasta sfoglia in modo da creare una cornice alla torta.<br />
Disponi i pomodorini verso l’alto direttamente sulla torta.<br />
Inforna per circa 20 minuti.</p>

<p><b>Procedimento Impasto:</b><br />
Lava e fai bollire i carciofi in molta acqua già bollente per circa 20 minuti.<br />
Scolali, tagliali eliminando il fieno*.<br />
Prepara un ‘impasto con le uova, il formaggio grattato, la ricotta e due pizzichi di sale.<br />
Aggiungi i carciofi.<br />
Disponi la pasta sfoglia con un po’ di carta da forno nella teglia.<br />
Versaci sopra l’impasto e stendilo fino ai bordi.<br />
Ripiega il bordo della pasta sfoglia in modo da creare una cornice alla torta.<br />
Inforna per circa 20 minuti.</p>

Fai bollire il merluzzo in acqua per un paio di minuti.<br />
Così, oltre a sterilizzarlo, lo ammorbidisci.<br />
Spinalo e scaglialo (rompere tipo tonno).<br />
Metti dell’olio e uno spicchione d’aglio che schiaccerai sul fondo di una terrina.<br />
Togli l’aglio e aggiungi il merluzzo sminuzzato.<br />
Aggiungi una manciata di prezzemolo tritato.</p>

Aggiungi mezzo bicchiere di olio di semi e due pizzichi* di sale.<br />
Miniperizza.<br />
Aggiungi poco dopo olio di semi fino a che senti la maio diventare più dura.<br />
Quasi fai più fatica adesso con il Minipier.<br />
Il tutto per un minuto al massimo.<br />
Ok, assaggia. Se manca qualcosa o è olio di semi o un po’ di limone.<br />
Miniperizza per poco e riassaggia.</p>
